In the Phillies’ short stint at Citizens Bank Park, they have not been able to draw more fans than they did in their inaugural season. In 2004, 3,206,532 fans came out to the ballpark. That is an average of 4,589 per game.
After their exciting run to October last year and the promising start to the 2008 season, the Phillies have averaged exactly 41,000 fans per game this year. They are on pace to bring 3,321,000 through the CBP turnstiles.
